Strict quality control is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process—from raw material sourcing and component production to final assembly and comprehensive product testing. Every stage follows standardized procedures and rigorous quality standards to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and long-term performance.


ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

All of our production staff are well trained and highly experienced. Most have worked in our factory for more than five years. Every assembly process follows standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and reliability.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING

All new products undergo extensive functional testing before market launch, including temperature testing, lifting force testing, and safety force margin verification. During mass production, routine sampling inspections are conducted to verify product quality and ensure that every production batch meets established performance, safety, and reliability standards.
