        Su Hongjian, Manager of the Technical and Process Department, has been leading the department since joining ForceDoor in 2020. He plays a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of new products into mass production. From optimizing manufacturing processes and quality standards to maintaining consistent product quality, his work is central to our operational excellence.



What are your main responsibilities?

 

My role involves managing projects within the Technical and Process Department throughout their entire lifecycle. I also work closely with different departments to coordinate technical and process-related activities, ensuring efficient execution and the smooth progress of company-wide initiatives.






How do you help create a positive work environment?


I help create a positive workplace culture by promoting effective teamwork, clear communication, and strong accountability. I break down strategic objectives into achievable tasks, assign responsibilities based on team members' strengths and expertise, and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.  I also facilitate cross-functional collaboration, encourage open communication, align team goals, and establish effective working practices. By fostering cooperation, efficiency, and mutual support, I help create an environment where individuals and teams can perform at their best.



How have you grown since joining FORCE?


Looking back, the biggest milestone in my career has been growing from a technical specialist into the manager of the Technical and Process Department. Earlier in my career, my focus was primarily on technical development. Today, I am responsible not only for engineering but also for leading a team and coordinating cross-functional projects.  This transition has strengthened my leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. I have learned to see the bigger picture, identify the root causes of complex technical and management challenges, and make informed decisions that support the company's long-term development. It has been a rewarding journey of continuous learning and professional growth.
