I am primarily responsible for the full-cycle management of projects within the Technical  and Process  Department, while also leading cross-departmental collaboration to coordinate and manage technical-and-process-related matters across various departments, ensuring the orderly progress of both departmental and company-wide technical and process initiatives.

How do you contribute to fostering a positive working environment?

I have helped build a positive work environment by focusing on work management and team collaboration. I sort out work, decompose tasks aligned with corporate strategy and department goals, and assign work rationally based on team members’ strengths and capabilities, with clear personal accountability to avoid shirking duties. I also coordinate cross-process and cross-position work, smooth communication, clarify team goals and collaboration rules, enhance cohesion and efficiency, and foster a culture of proactivity and effective teamwork.

What do you think is your biggest growth since joining FORCE?

Looking back on my career journey at the company, I have completed the transformation from a technical professional to a department manager, which stands as my most valuable growth experience. Previously, I only needed to focus on technical research . Now, I also bear the responsibilities of team management . In this process, my comprehensive capabilities, including communication, coordination and team management, have been continuously enhanced, and I have become more mature and steady in dealing with people and matters. Most importantly, I have developed the ability to see through appearances to grasp the essence. When confronted with complex technical and management issues, I can quickly identify the core points and make more scientific decisions that align with the company's development.
